Location: Brecksville
Pay Rate: $18.54/hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician with a strong chemistry focus to perform laboratory testing, chemical analysis, sample preparation, and data collection in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience or education in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Laboratory Science, or a related field, along with strong attention to detail, documentation, and laboratory safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process laboratory samples for testing
Perform routine testing and inspections according to established procedures
Record and document test results accurately
Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards
Organize and label samples, materials, and documentation
Assist with inventory management of laboratory supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the lab area
Communicate findings and updates with supervisors and team members
Support additional laboratory and production-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous laboratory, manufacturing, or quality experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Schedule
Monday through Friday
