WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform detailed assembly and finishing work on custom oral devices
Use tools and techniques such as trimming, polishing, forming, and wire work
Read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Contribute to continuous improvement in production processes

Have experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical production roles

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a fast-paced production environment where performance, quality, and consistency are essential.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Dental lab or orthodontic experience
Fine motor skill work (jewelry, crafts, electronics, etc.)
Experience working with small tools and detailed components
PAY & BENEFITS
$16-$20/hour starting pay (based on experience)
90-Day Evaluation with pay increase
