Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Micro Lab Technician will complete day to day various Microbiological testing duties for the Quality Control (QC) Department.
Microbiological reading and planning of finished goods, raw material, culture swabbing.
Perform laboratory solution and media preparation.
Process and analyze paperwork for QC functions.
Administrate raw material micro testing program.
Perform water sample collection and analysis for analytical results.
Monitor and perform lab equipment calibrations.
Perform data entry.
Perform incoming inspections of carriers, ingredients and packaging materials.
Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product received, stored and distributed.
Ensure that all paperwork is properly documented and stored.
Identification testing by HPTLC/ HPLC
Must possess excellent writing skills and the ability to work well with others.
