Job description
UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to prepare, distribute, catalog, and store lab specimens for testing. You will follow identification policies and quality controls and support laboratory operations.
Responsibilities include using lab and hospital information systems, filing, record maintenance, responding to client calls, and mail delivery to keep workflows running smoothly. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
