Job OpportunityShift: 6am to 2pm, Mon - FridayHourly Rate: +$22.00 - $24/hour, based on experience and qualificationsWhat You'll Be DoingOperate, set up, optimize, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipmentMonitor product quality and ensure compliance with specificationsPrepare and apply adhesives, inks, releases, and other materialsComplete minor repairs and perform preventative maintenanceEnsure correct raw materials are used during productionLog production data accurately using computer systems and logsMaintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 6S standardsSupport material handling and packing operationsCommunicate and collaborate with cross-functional departmentsParticipate in safety training and proactive hazard identificationContribute to training efforts and help develop SOPs, work instructions, and other documentationPerform additional tasks and duties as assignedWhat It Takes2+ years of experience in printing or manufacturing preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsProficiency with measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and gaugesFamiliarity with working around moving machinery and safety protocolsExcellent teamwork, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate equipment at various heightsComfortable working in a standing position for extended periodsBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new softwareHigh School diploma or GED preferred; a two-year technical degree is a plusOther Things We Think You Should KnowThis is a full-time, hands-on production roleYou'll be part of a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvementOpportunities for cross-training and career advancement are availableWhat We Can Offer YouCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceA positive and inclusive work environmentTraining and development opportunitiesA culture rooted in innovation, teamwork, and excellenceWho We AreIconex, an M2S Group company based in Morristown, Tennessee, is a leading provider of variable information label solutions that help organizations streamline operations, improve productivity, enhance customer experiences, increase accuracy, and advance sustainability goals.
