A law firm seeks a Labor & Employment Partner to join its Las Vegas, Nevada office. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in employment defense and commercial litigation, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.
Duties
Lead and manage complex labor and employment cases.
Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff.
Engage in business development activities to expand client base.
Requirements
Minimum of eight years of experience in labor and employment law.
Proven track record in employment defense and litigation.
Strong case management and team leadership skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active bar membership in Nevada or eligibility for admission.
Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
