Job description
TriStar Health seeks a Labor and Delivery Float Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple L&D units within our Middle Tennessee network. In this role, you’ll support labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care, monitoring maternal-fetal status, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and responding to emergencies. You’ll collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care. We value continuous learning, cultural competence, and clear communication with families during high-acuity and emotionally sensitive situations.
