Job description
ChristianaCare seeks enthusiastic new graduate nurses for our Summer 2027 Nurse Residency in the Labor and Delivery track. As a Resident, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to birthing patients and newborns under the guidance of experienced preceptors. You’ll develop skills in antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care, fetal monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response. This structured program offers didactic learning, simulation, and mentored clinical practice in a collaborative, team-focused environment dedicated to excellence, safety, and community health.
