Job Overview
Our client, a prominent law firm with offices throughout Texas, seeks a litigation associate with 3‑5 years of employment law experience for its Dallas office. The firm boasts a collegial culture where associate development is prioritized. The position is fully on‑site in Dallas and offers highly competitive compensation in the range of $225,000.00 per year to $260,000.00 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at minimum 3 years of hands‑on Labor & Employment experience, a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The candidate should be driven to excel and motivated to grow within the firm.
