Labor & Employment Attorney | Las Vegas | Hybrid
$150,000–$225,000 base + bonus
We're working with a leading employment practice seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its expanding Nevada team.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a combination of employment counseling and sophisticated litigation , without sacrificing work-life flexibility.
You'll advise employers on:
Discrimination and harassment
Leave and accommodation
Reductions in force
Employment policies and contracts
EEOC and administrative matters
You'll also have the opportunity to handle litigation involving individual, class and collective claims.
2–8 years of labor & employment experience
Strong client-facing and writing skills
