Labor & Employment Attorney – Tampa, Florida
Defend employers, enforce restrictive covenants, and advise on the deals that matter, with a prominent AV-rated Tampa firm, at $160K–$200K+ with bonuses.
Our client is an AV-rated, prominent law firm in Tampa, Florida, seeking qualified attorneys for their Labor and Employment Law Team. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law.
What You'll Handle
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
Litigating and defending harassment claims
Enforcing restrictive covenants
Drafting severance agreements and compensation packages
General employer-side advising
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Labor and Employment Law
Comparable law firm experience
Excellent academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic
Compensation
$160,000 to $200,000+, with bonuses
