Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an attorney to join its labor and employment team as a non-partnership track salaried attorney in its Washington, DC office. An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of hours.
Responsibilities
At least four years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
Extensive litigation experience; capable of running and managing cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court.
Strong analytical, research and writing skills.
Comfortable advising clients directly and managing deadlines and case dockets.
Experience with traditional labor and labor management relations is a plus.
Qualifications
Licensure in the jurisdiction of the home office is required.
DC bar membership is preferred but required within one year of commencing employment.
Telecommuting arrangements may be considered from a home office in Washington, DC; Virginia; or Maryland.
Benefits
At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
