Monitor legislative, regulatory, and enforcement developments and provide timely, practical guidance to affected stakeholders.

Prepare concise reports and recommendations for Legal and executive leadership regarding risks, audit findings, remediation status, and emerging priorities.

Provide disciplined project management for significant wage-and-hour and payroll compliance efforts, including defining scope, workstreams, milestones, dependencies, resources, decision points, risk escalation, and measures of sustainable completion.

Develop and deliver training for Payroll, Human Resources, Operations, and leaders responsible for pay-related decisions and processes.

Play a key role in wage-and-hour investigations, agency matters, and litigation by supporting legal strategy, factual development, data analysis, discovery, remediation, and outside counsel management, as appropriate.

Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, and Communications to strengthen employee understanding of pay practices, address recurring concerns, and support employee trust and engagement.
