Job description
Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking an experienced registered nurse to lead and coordinate patient care on a designated unit. You will work under the Clinical Director to implement care plans, guide on-site coaching, and mentor staff for quality outcomes.
The role requires 1–3 years of nursing experience, a nursing degree, and active licensure in Tennessee with BLS certification. Expect collaboration with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow.
