Job description
Northwestern Medicine in Lake Forest, IL seeks a Registered Nurse with a BSN to deliver high-quality patient care under Relationship Based Care. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to support safe discharge planning.
