Job description
Northern Arizona Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care and discharge planning, guiding families through education and care transitions. The RN will lead a care team, serve as a preceptor, and uphold ANA standards in a patient-centered setting.
Required are a BSN, active Arizona RN license (compact acceptable), BLS and ACLS, and ongoing competency in fetal monitoring and safety protocols. Strong collaboration with the medical team is essential for high-quality outcomes.
