Job description
California State University, Fresno seeks a Labor & Employee Relations Manager to lead labor contract administration, investigations, and employee relations initiatives. You will advise managers, resolve disputes, and guide stakeholders across a large university in applying employment laws and CBAs.
The role requires strategic thinking, sophisticated negotiation, and the ability to foster a fair and inclusive workplace, reporting to the AVP of Human Resources.
