Overview
Labor & Employment Attorney - 100% Remote in California
Responsibilities
Hire of a litigator with 1+ years of experience, ideally in employment litigation but open to other experienced attorneys who want to move into a new area of law.
Aggressively litigate issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.
Litigate cases from inception to trial.
Qualifications
Experience litigating cases from inception to trial
Familiarity with California employment law is preferred
Admission to practice law in California
Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people
Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma
Strong writing ability
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr
