A nationally recognized management-side labor and employment firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney for its Midtown Manhattan office. The firm represents employers across multiple industries in labor relations, employment counseling, and litigation, combining deep expertise with a pragmatic, client-centered approach.

The Role
You’ll advise employers on compliance, policy development, and litigation strategy, handling matters before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. The role offers immediate client contact, mentorship from recognized practitioners, and involvement in headline-making cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent employers in employment litigation, arbitration, and agency proceedings.
Draft policies, handbooks, and agreements related to workplace management.
Advise clients on wage and hour, discrimination, and labor relations matters.
Conduct internal investigations and training for management teams.
Qualifications
4–7 years of labor and employment experience, preferably management-side.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Excellent client communication and practical problem-solving ability.
Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey a plus.
