Job description
McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with a minimum of 5years of experience in employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law (collective bargaining, labor arbitration, matters before the National Labor Relations Board and/or New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission) for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey Bar Admission required. New York Bar Admission a plus. Salary range for this position: $140,000 - $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
Qualifications
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Admission to the New Jersey bar
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
andAbility to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment
