MITER Brands, a leading window and door manufacturer, seeks an Assistant General Counsel – Labor & Employment to lead labor and employment strategy nationwide, with a strong emphasis on California law and PAGA management. You will partner with HR, executives, and operations to deliver pragmatic, business-focused guidance in a fast-paced, multi-state environment.
The role reports to the Legal leadership and offers base salary range of $155,000–$200,000 plus an annual bonus, with travel to MITER
