Labor & Employment Counsel - Fortune 500 Litigation (Remote)
An AM100 labor & employment law firm is hiring a seasoned litigator to join its EPLI team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity to work on high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 clients-without the burnout. Enjoy reduced hours, zero travel, and a culture that prioritizes excellence and balance. This role is on the alternative track.
Compensation: $150,000 to $240,000
Job Responsibilities
Take ownership of EPLI cases from intake through resolution
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and lead mediations
Deliver strategic, high-quality legal counsel to sophisticated clients
Collaborate with a nationally recognized team of L&E litigators
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
Juris Doctor
Minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience (defense side)

Experience handling EPLI matters and agency claims
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Licensed and in good standing in your state of residence!

For California-based attorneys: Experience with PAGA claims, wage & hour class actions, and complex employment litigation (defense-side) is preferred
