BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Labor and Employment Partner to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. This role offers the opportunity to become an equity partner without the need for a pre-existing book of business, in a supportive and inclusive environment.
The ideal candidate will manage labor and employment matters, lead client relationships, mentor junior attorneys, and participate in firm leadership. California Bar membership in good standing and a JD are required.
