CyberCoders is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join our litigation team in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. You will manage a diverse caseload of wage-and-hour, wrongful termination, and labor law disputes, providing courtroom advocacy, case strategy, and client counseling.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of labor and employment litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and a proven track record in trial work.
