Job title: Labor Law Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury

Up to $85,000 | Mon–Fri, 9–5
A well-regarded plaintiff personal injury firm is looking for an experienced paralegal for its NY Labor Law practice. You'll work directly with attorneys on serious construction accident cases, from intake through trial.
What you'll do
Manage a caseload of Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6) matters
Draft summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery demands and responses
Gather medical records, incident and OSHA reports, and wage and employment documentation
Schedule and prepare for EBTs, IMEs, and court conferences, and keep deadlines on track
Serve as a point of contact for clients, carriers, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Assemble exhibits, trial binders, and settlement packages
What you bring
2–5 years of plaintiff PI paralegal experience. Labor Law or construction accident work is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with NY Supreme Court practice and NYSCEF e-filing
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high-volume caseload
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
