Job DetailsThigh DeboneRemove the bone out of the thigh using wizard knife.Scale OperatorOperating a scale, making weight, and depending on location placing a product label on the box that has just been weighedCVP Machine OperatorOperating a CVP Machine to seal the plastic bag the product is inIce or CO2 LayerCovering the product with the correct amount of CO2 or iceStack OffPalletizing finished product by stacking product in the correct configuration on a palletBox LinerLining boxes with bagsTray PackPacking trays of chicken to company and customer standardsThere are times when additional cutting or trimming is required.
