Job description
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEvening and night shift available mainly.
Responsibilities:
Aliquot samples and prepares samples for testing,
Prepares reagents needed for analytical procedures
Maintains and follows all laboratory methods, protocols and SOPs
Performs and documents routine maintenance of the equipment including temperature readings, basic troubleshooting, and daily laboratory housekeeping
Maintains knowledge of current laboratory practice via continuing education, including attendance at laboratory meetings
Maintaining laboratory organization and supply inventories
Follows safety and operational SOPs as required.
Adherence to all company Policies and Procedures
Flexible in the schedule and willing to learn outside the regular job duties.
Ability to lift 20 – 30 lbs
Job Requirements:
High school, Diploma or equivalent preferred
Well organized and detail oriented; ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Effective and comfortable communicator
Flexible and positive attitude and high level of comfort in a dynamic and changing environment
Strong sense of job ownership
Ability to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision Good problem-solver and trouble-shoot
