Job description
Clinical Lab Scientist
Join our team as a Clinical Lab Scientist, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering accurate laboratory results to support patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
Execute procedures in assigned areas of the laboratory
Perform pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic procedures on biological specimens
Conduct a variety of laboratory procedures including phlebotomy and specimen processing
Ensure quality control and quality assurance in testing
Manage blood inventory and prepare blood products for transfusion
Adhere to regulations and policies to maintain patient safety and privacy
What We Need To See
Valid Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) license
At least 3 years of laboratory experience
Proficiency in performing pre-analytic, analytic, and post-analytic procedures
Experience with Epic software
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
Phlebotomy experience
Ability to perform high complexity testing
Experience with blood inventory management
