Laboratory Manager / Director
Full-Time Day Shift Community-Based Hospital
Position Highlights:
Monday Friday, Day Shift enjoy excellent work-life balance!
Full-Time, Permanent Position in a well-respected, community-focused general medical and surgical hospital.
Lead and manage all laboratory staff, including performance evaluations, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee and sign off on completed lab reports, ensuring compliance with CLIA and state regulatory standards.
Ideal for experienced Laboratory Managers or Directors also open to training strong Lab Supervisors or Lead Technologists ready to advance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent) required.
