Job description
Sonoma Valley Hospital seeks a Laboratory Operations Manager to supervise daily lab activities, ensure quality testing, regulatory compliance, and fiscal oversight. This role partners with Pathologists and Medical Director to maintain high standards of patient care.
The candidate will lead staff, manage budgets and contracts, and drive performance improvement initiatives within the lab. California CLS license required; five years of supervisory experience in a hospital lab preferred.
