Job description
CHRISTUS Spohn Health System is seeking a Laboratory General Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of their section(s) and shift(s) under the Laboratory Director and Manager. This exempt role emphasizes administrative leadership, staff performance, and quality assurance.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science or related field, at least 5 years of clinical lab experience, and active MT/CLS certification.
