Job description
PhlebotomistRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience drawing blood or phlebotomy training course in approved program.Experience or training in a laboratory setting or medical office.Preferred:Medical assistant experience or related courses.Diploma/certificate from an accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant training program.Certified as a phlebotomy technician by the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC).One year of experience in specimen collection (i.e. phlebotomy), specimen processing and distribution, or providing clerical assistance in a laboratory setting.Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans.
