Are you a detail-oriented professional with a scientific background looking to transition into project management? We are seeking a Lab Technician to join our Business Continuity team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between innovation and execution, partnering with third-party manufacturers to bring world‑class color cosmetic products to life. What You’ll Do:
Manage the lifecycle of calendarized color cosmetic projects from pre‑formula approval through to final release.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Third‑Party Manufacturers (TPMs), gathering technical documentation and driving compliance actions.
Facilitate communication between R&D, Regulatory, Safety, and Marketing teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
Maintain rigorous documentation standards in alignment with Global Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and R&D procedures to uphold data integrity.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
1–2 years of professional experience in Project Management, Formulation, Regulatory Affairs, or R&D Operations.
Foundational knowledge of cosmetic chemistry or drug regulatory requirements.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour.
32 hours per week (Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM). Hybrid 3 days onsite.
