Laborer / Handyman
Location: The Woodlands, TX and surrounding Greater Houston area
Job Type: Full-time, field-based

Richmark Remodeling is looking for a dependable and versatile Laborer / Handyman to support our residential remodeling projects throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable taking care of the many small but important tasks that come up during a remodeling project. One day you may be installing a ceiling fan or replacing door hardware, and the next you may be mounting bathroom accessories, completing minor repairs, helping with punch-list items, or supporting the construction team wherever needed.
We're looking for someone who knows how to use tools, takes pride in doing things correctly, and can be trusted to work professionally inside our clients' homes. You don't need to be a master of every trade, but you should have solid hands-on construction or handyman experience and be comfortable figuring out everyday repair and installation tasks.
What You'll Do
Complete general handyman and construction-support tasks on residential remodeling projects
Install ceiling fans, light fixtures, door handles, locks, and basic hardware
Install bathroom accessories such as toilet paper holders, towel bars, mirrors, and similar fixtures
Complete minor repairs, adjustments, and punch-list items
Assist with basic carpentry, hardware installation, and finish work as qualified
Help prepare areas for upcoming construction or installation work
Assist Project Managers and trades with miscellaneous jobsite needs
Pick up or deliver materials and supplies when required
Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of occupied homes
Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately
Identify problems or additional work that needs attention and communicate them to the Project Manager
Protect clients' homes, finishes, furniture, and belongings while completing work
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude around homeowners, coworkers, and trade partners
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of hands-on construction, laborer, maintenance, or handyman experience
Comfortable using common hand and power tools
Ability to complete basic residential installations and repairs independently
General understanding of residential construction and home maintenance
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Comfortable working independently as well as supporting a larger construction team
Professional and respectful when working inside clients' homes
Physically able to perform active construction work, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
Ability to travel to jobsites throughout The Woodlands and surrounding areas
Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of applicable pre-employment screening and reference checks
