Job description
Location: On-site across Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 45-55 hours/week; occasional Saturdays

Role Responsibilities
Understand and execute daily and weekly work plans
Operate safely in all weather conditions
Read and interpret construction drawings and layout stakes
Operate dozers for bulk and finish grading (experience required)
Work independently with minimal supervision
Adhere strictly to our Employee Safety Policy
Arrive on time, alert, and prepared to work
Available to work 40+ hours per week, including occasional Saturdays
Required Skills and Qualifications Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to motivate others
Excellent multitasking and attention to detail
Clear communicator-verbal, text, and phone
Physically capable of lifting 50-75 lbs on rugged terrain
Respectful of other crew members and their contributions
Time management and self-discipline are essential
Operator - 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
