Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network seeks a Lactation Consultant to provide expert breastfeeding support across inpatient and outpatient settings. In this collaborative, patient-first role, you will assess feeding challenges, create individualized care plans, and educate families on breastfeeding techniques, infant nutrition, and maternal wellness. You will partner with obstetrics, pediatrics, and nursing teams, document care in the EMR, lead classes and support groups, and contribute to quality initiatives in our mission-driven, innovative health system.
