Job description
Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a Dining Cruise Ship Port Captain to oversee onboard operations on the Lady Caroline, a high-profile Lake Erie dinner cruise ship operating out of Cleveland, OH.
The role includes steering vessel navigation, crew leadership and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. You will liaise with US Coast Guard and shore leadership, conduct pre- and post-sailing inspections, and manage maintenance and incidents to maintain smooth, safe voyages and memorable
