Job DutiesFinancial and Budget Support: Assist in formulating annual budgets, track manhours and expenditures, and verify financial obligations using automated systems.Customer Service and Visitor Operations: Greet visitors, manage the interpretive service reservation database, and deliver in-briefs covering accessibility, safety, and security.Personnel Administration: Serve as the project timekeeper, monitor work schedules and leave usage, and maintain accurate records of personnel actions and performance appraisals.Procurement and Purchasing: Administer purchases for equipment, supplies, and services using a Government Purchase Card.Contract Administration: Process monthly invoices, resolve minor discrepancies for maintenance service contracts, and compile data to evaluate contract performance.Emergency Communications: Relay critical operational and safety information from management to local officials and the public during emergency events.
