Job description
Lakeside Dental & Wellness is a well-established, patient-centered private practice located in Augusta, KS , a welcoming suburb just outside Wichita. Situated near the city lake and park, this community offers a family-friendly lifestyle with outdoor recreation and a strong sense of community.
We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing, patient-centered team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, motivated, and eager to grow, with experience in both minor and complex procedures and proficiency in periodic and comprehensive exams.
Compensation & Benefits
Earning Potential: $200,000-$250,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months
Compensation Structure: 30% of net collections (lab fees covered by practice)
Malpractice Insurance: Covered by practice
Relocation Assistance: Available for the right candidate
Vacation / PTO: Unpaid but clear flexibility and advanced notice process
Benefits Include:
$2,000 annual CE allowance plus an annual CE team trip
BCBS medical insurance
401(k) with 4% employer match
Additional long-term incentives available
The Opportunity

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Scope of Care:
Restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, and endodontics
Bonus opportunity for experience with implants or Invisalign
Technology & Tools:
CBCT
iTero Lumina
Laser dentistry
Digital X-rays
Fully integrated EHR
