Job description
Now Hiring Laminators in Edgewater, FLApply fiberglass, resin, gel coat, and composite materials to boat molds and components.Prepare molds and materials for the lamination process.Roll, smooth, and finish fiberglass surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.Inspect completed work for defects and perform repairs as needed.Read and follow production specifications and work instructions.Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.Previous fiberglass, composite, boatbuilding, manufacturing, or laminating experience preferred.Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift.Competitive and Weekly PayOvertime OpportunitiesBenefits Package and 401KCareer Advancement OpportunitiesIndustry-Leading ManufacturerStable, Long-Term EmploymentThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
