Land & Right Of Way - Due Diligence Agent II
Payrate: $45-50/hr. W-2, depending on experience. Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance is available. Health savings account, Flexible spending accounts, Life insurance etc. are also available.
We are seeking a Land & Right of Way - Due Diligence Agent II for our Fortune 100 mid-stream oil and gas client. This position is 'onsite' and has the potential to go full-time/direct with the client.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing tasks and due diligence associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements.
Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
Some database experience
Some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
Some experience with GIS (e.g. Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.) is helpful
Required:
MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
Must have attention to detail
Must be able to work independently or with a team
