Overview
Join the legal team of a major commercial law firm with highly rated attorneys specializing in redevelopment, site plans, and extensive zoning variances as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney specializing in land use and zoning and real estate transactions.
Provide expert legal counsel on land use planning, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance to clients involved in real estate development, municipal projects, and environmental initiatives.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal guidance on land use planning, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and related statutes to support development initiatives.
Draft, review, and negotiate land use agreements, contracts, and permits to facilitate smooth project execution.
Represent the firm in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations with government agencies, clients, and community groups.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
4+ years of experience in land use law
4+ years of experience in New Jersey Zoning Law
Licensed in New Jersey
The salary range for this position is $140,000k - $225,000k based upon experience.
