Landscape Construction Crew MemberRea Landscape Management has proudly served Charleston since 2004, delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping services. We are seeking a landscape construction crew member to support daily operations including landscape installation, irrigation, grading, and drainage.Responsibilities:Install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading featuresOperate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred)Read and follow landscape plans (preferred)Maintain clean and safe work sitesWork in all weather conditionsRequirements:1–2 years of experience in landscape installationExperience with irrigation and grading (preferred)Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor workValid driver's license and clean driving recordTeam player with strong communication and attention to detailBenefits:Paid holidays and PTOMedical insurance401(k) with company matchApply today and help us shape Charleston's outdoor spaces!
