ForemanGreen View is hiring a Foreman to lead a small crew (2–3 people) building patios, walls, and outdoor spaces hands-on every day.What you'll do:Lead and coordinate a small landscape crewPlan out construction projectsMake sure all work hardscapes, plantings, install meets quality standardsKeep the crew safe and following company/safety rulesTrack materials used and hours workedDo hands-on work: paver and stonework, grading, retaining walls, plantingHelp with snow and ice removal in winterHandle planting, pruning, mulching, and garden feature installsDrive and operate landscape equipment and vehiclesWhat you need:3–5 years in landscape constructionStrong knowledge of construction techniques and best practicesGood communication and organizational skillsAble to lead and motivate a crew, work well under pressure and deadlinesBlueprint reading a plusAble to lift 50–75 lbs regularlyReliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record (Class C preferred)What you get:Competitive salaryPaid time off and holidaysRoom to advance401(k) matchHealth, dental, vision, life insuranceEquipment, uniforms, and safety gear providedReferral bonus programGreen View is an equal opportunity employer.
