We are looking for experienced Landscape Construction Laborers who take pride in their work, understand the importance of quality, and want to be part of a professional construction team.This is a hands-on field position working on detailed landscape construction projects where craftsmanship, productivity, and attention to detail matter.Compensation & Benefits$22–$26/hour, based on experienceOvertime eligibleProject performance bonusesSummer and year-end bonusesWeekly payHealth, dental, and vision benefits after 90 daysUp to 3 weeks of PTO in your first year401(k) with company match after 1 yearYear-round employmentCompany-provided tools and equipmentOpportunities to advance into Foreman and other construction leadership rolesWhat You'll DoAs a Landscape Construction Laborer, you'll work as part of a construction crew completing high-end residential landscape projects.Your responsibilities may include:Perform landscape construction work according to plans, specifications, and direction from the ForemanAssist with site layout, grading, excavation, and preparationInstall irrigation systems, drainage, steel edging, plants, soil, and landscape materialsAssist with hardscape, masonry, concrete, and other landscape constructionLoad, unload, stage, and organize construction materialsSafely operate power tools and construction equipment based on experience and trainingOperate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and other machinery when qualifiedMaintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsiteProtect existing structures, finishes, landscaping, and client property while workingFollow company safety procedures and proper construction methodsIdentify potential problems and communicate them to the ForemanHelp maintain tools, equipment, trucks, and construction materialsWork efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining our quality standardsConstruction ExperienceWe're looking for candidates with experience in one or more areas of landscape construction, including:Grading and site preparationIrrigation installationDrainageHardscape and base preparationMasonry and concreteSteel edgingPlanting and soil preparationLandscape lightingEquipment operationGeneral landscape constructionYou do not need to be an expert in every area. We value people who already have a strong construction foundation, are willing to learn, and take pride in doing the work correctly.What We're Looking ForPrevious landscape construction or related construction experience preferredAbility to safely use hand tools and power toolsEquipment operating experience is a plusAbility to follow plans, measurements, and instructionsDependable attendance and reliable transportation to our Tempe facilityAbility to work effectively as part of a crewStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to perform physical construction work and lift 50 lbs.Ability to work outdoors year-round in Arizona conditionsValid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferredEnglish/Spanish bilingual ability is a plusEmployment Eligibility: Refined Gardens participates in E-Verify.
