Landscape Construction Operations SupervisorThe Landscape Construction Operations Supervisor plays an essential role on our team by leading and managing the team members providing Landscape Construction and Enhancement services in accordance to customer expectations, company values, and safety standards. The Supervisor role reports to the department Operations Manager and is directly responsible for the oversight of 10-25 team members. Coaching and development of the team members, service-delivery/quality control, scheduling & planning, management of area resources, and driving productivity are all key focuses of this role. Successful Landscape Construction Operations Supervisors have strong leadership skills and have experience and knowledge in the area of Landscape Construction and Enhancement services (heavy equipment operations, installing plants, trees, patios, retaining walls, boulder walls, etc.). During the landscaping season, this role is responsible for daily crew dispatch (starting around 7 a.m.) and supporting crews throughout the day.
