Landscaping Crew Lead (SDM)AQUALIS is the nationwide leading provider of comprehensive water management services focused on maintaining, inspecting, and repairing post-construction stormwater and lift station systems. We provide our clients with environmental compliance while inspiring change by preserving and protecting our most precious natural resource…water.The Service Delivery Manager (SDM / Landscape Crew Lead) assists with keeping the Service Delivery team on a challenging schedule during the growing seasons while gathering information for the potential rehabilitation and/or repair of stormwater wetlands, biofiltration systems, proprietary underground storage units, and drainage conveyance infrastructures utilizing Best Management Practices (BMP) for Stormwater Control Measures (SCM).Specific duties include:Assisting with leading a crew of watershed management technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosionPerforming general environmental maintenance activitiesOperating landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, mowers, shovels, chainsaws, etc.Disposing of sediment, trash and debris from stormwater systemsMaintaining and improving storm drainage systems and pondsIdentifying and documenting stormwater drainage issues needing repairOperating and maintaining company equipment which includes a pick-up truck & trailerCompleting maintenance & inspection reports and tracking crew expensesCoordinating hotel arrangements for the team when overnight travel is requiredAttending brief but regular safety trainingsPerforming physical labor in a variety of weather conditionsRegional travel 4-5 days per week (all travel expenses are covered by the company)Compensation for this position is determined by verified, directly related industry experience. Candidates who have three (3) or more consecutive years of employment with a company performing work substantially similar to the responsibilities outlined in this job description may qualify for an enhanced starting wage.Candidates with less than 3 years of directly related experience: $21.00 - $24.00 per hourCandidates with 3+ years of directly related experience: $25.00 - $32.00 per hourTo be considered for the higher compensation range, candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in a comparable role. The Company conducts employment verification checks as part of the hiring process to confirm previous job titles, dates of employment, and relevant work experience.
