Landscaping Crew LeaderAs a Landscaping Crew Leader at Klausing Group, you will supervise a team who play a crucial role in ensuring the beauty and functionality of the properties we serve while satisfying our clients. You'll lead by delivering safe, professional, and productive landscape services, representing both our brand and our clients' interests.Key Responsibilities:Ensure daily adherence to policies and procedures, emphasizing safetyMaintain quality standards and achieve job budgetsOperate and maintain equipment according to company guidelinesProvide direction, supervision, and training to team membersCommunicate client issues or opportunities to account managers promptlyExperience and Skills:Landscaping, lawn care, tree and shrub care, planting flowers, pruning, lawn mowingSnow Removal: Safely clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and other areasKnowledge of company safety policies and proceduresFamiliarity with basic landscape services quality standardsUnderstanding of production systems, including route and job site managementProficiency in horticulture, including plant and pest identification, weed control, and fertilizationLeadership skills to inspire and uphold company standardsFamiliarity with social and environmental policies, including vehicle usage, recycling initiatives, and community service eventsPosition Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in constant standing and walkingValid driver's license, DOT medical certificate, and insurabilityCreative problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindsetLandscape experience, including knowledge of local plants, common landscape issues, and solutionsCompensation and Benefits:Competitive Living WageProfit sharing programPaid time offHealth, Dental, and Life insuranceRetirement plan with employer matchCompany:The idea for the Klausing Group was formed in 1992 by two teenage brothers on a mission to buy a car.
