Landscape Crew Leader - MaintenanceLocations: Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Statham, Mableton & Holly SpringsFull-TimeCrabapple LandscapExperts is growing! For over 30 years, we have been one of Atlanta's top locally owned landscape companies, providing high-quality landscape maintenance services to HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, and commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta.We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader who enjoys leading a team, maintaining beautiful properties, and growing their career with a strong company.What You'll Do:Lead and train a landscape maintenance crewMaintain commercial properties with high-quality standardsOperate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipmentInspect properties to ensure work is completed safely and on scheduleDrive company vehicles and properly maintain equipmentCommunicate daily updates with Operations ManagersComplete timesheets, inspections, and daily reportsWhat You Need:4+ years of landscape maintenance experienceExperience leading a crew or supervising team membersKnowledge of mowing, pruning, edging, mulching, and plant careExperience using 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)Valid driver's license (21+ required); Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be completedAbility to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbsBenefits:Medical Insurance (HDHP & PPO)Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPTO and Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsuranceReady to lead a team and grow your career?
