Crew Leaders gain experience to become Brilar's leaders of the future through:
Landscape maintenance, enhancement and beautification of outdoor spaces
Oversight of renovation, enhancement and installation projects
Ensuring work is conducted safely for the employees, the clients, the public and our environment
Managing and overseeing the crew's efficiency and quality
Safely operating tools and equipment
Equipment care and general maintenance
Training and developing crew members
Requirements:
Valid Driver's license with acceptable driving record
Above 3 years experience working in commercial landscape and snow removal services
Above 3 years of experience supervising a team
Able to safely operate a commercial vehicle and truck with trailers
Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
Able to handle the physical demands of the position
Be punctual and reliable
Accountability to themselves and to their team
Ownership of Job
